UPDATE CONCERNING THE CONTINUATION OF THE COMPANY

Following on from the Company's announcement released on 30 January 2015 concerning the subject above, over the last four months the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") has engaged with various parties and considered various proposals relating to the continuation of the Company; and have concluded that it is in the best interests of the Company's shareholders (the "Shareholders") to have an orderly liquidation of the Company's assets with the objective of an initial capital distribution to Shareholders as soon as possible, subject to review by the Company's auditors and legal advisors.

The Board has taken steps to ensure the Company's portfolio is highly liquid and as of today cash comprises approximately 78% of its holdings.

The Board will write to Shareholders again providing details of the capital distribution to be made as soon as practicable.
