    Aquabella Group plc ("Aquabella" or the "Company")               

                                Issue of Equity                                

The board announces that on 5 September 2006 it issued 5,000 new ordinary
shares of 4 pence nominal value at 100 pence each per share raising �5,000. The
new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.

Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM.
Dealings in the new ordinary shares are expected to commence on 11 September
2006.

Following the above issue of equity the enlarged share capital of the Company
will be 18,258,095.
