ALL NEW VIDEO PLC ("ANV")

Update on cancellation of admission to trading

It was announced on 20 December 2006 that, assuming iPoint-media plc ("iPoint")
received acceptances under the Offer in respect of and/or otherwise acquired 75
per cent. or more of the ANV Shares and the Offer became or was declared
unconditional in all respects, iPoint intended to procure that ANV apply for
cancellation of the admission to trading of ANV on AIM.  It was also announced
that it was anticipated that such cancellation would take effect no earlier than
20 business days after the date on which the Offer became or was declared
unconditional in all respects.

As the requisite number of acceptances has been received, and the Offer was
declared unconditional on 8 February 2007, this application has now been
submitted and it is anticipated that such cancellation will take effect from 11
April 2007.

Words and expressions defined in the Offer Document dated 17 January 2007 shall,
unless the context otherwise requires, have the same meanings when used in this
announcement.
