2007 David Atkins, Chief Executive of the Company, obtained a non-beneficial
interest in 140,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company following a
transfer at nil consideration from family members.  Mr Atkins remains
beneficially interested in 21,459,537 shares in the Company.
