The Company has been notified that on 5 March 2010 Paul Sweeney, a Director of the Company, acquired 11,213 
ordinary  shares in the Company at a price of 133p per share. Following this acquisition, Paul  Sweeney  is 
interested in 1,415,517 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 11.7 per cent of the Company's  issued 
share  capital. The Directors are now interested in a total of 6,511,090 ordinary shares representing  53.9 
per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
