                                              DIRECTOR'S DEALINGS

ANS  Group,  a leading UK Technology Solutions group, was today advised that Ian Hogg, Non-Executive  Director,
purchased 3,334 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of �1.35 each on 29 July 2008.

Following  these  transactions, Ian Hogg now has a beneficial interest in 170,000 ordinary shares  representing
1.4 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

Total  Directors' holdings now equal 6,702,287 shares representing 55.7 per cent. of the issued ordinary  share
capital of the Company.
