                               Holding in shares

The Company announces that on 5th November 2004 it was notified that Corporate
Synergy plc has sold 2,667,350 ordinary shares and ceased to hold any interest
in the issued share capital of the Company. The shares sold by Corporate Synergy
plc have been purchased by Abingdon Capital plc, which has also sold 2,721,000
ordinary shares. Abingdon Capital plc now holds 6,623,700 ordinary shares,
representing 10.17% of the Company's issued share capital.
