Multi Group Plc announces that it has allotted 7,511,847 ordinary shares of 0.1p
to Abingdon Capital Plc, parent company of Corporate Synergy, nominated adviser
and broker to Multi, pursuant to the exercise of options.


Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM with
effect from 2 March 2004.
