           Abingdon Capital plc ("Abingdon Capital" or "the Company")



At the EGM of Abingdon Capital held today, all resolutions were passed.
Accordingly, the Share Capital Reduction and demerger of the Company's interests
in Redstone plc and in Bionex Investments plc, as set out in the circular to
shareholders dated 8 November 2002, is expected to take place by the end of this
month .
