                      Abingdon Capital PLC ("the Company")



On 8 November 2002, the Directors announced their intention to make arrangements
for shareholders who consider their shareholding in the Company to be too small
to be able to sell their holding without incurring disproportionately high
dealing costs. Accordingly, the Company has now made arrangements for those
shareholders who hold 5,000 ordinary shares or fewer to do so at nil cost,
should they so wish, details of which have today been sent to the relevant
shareholders.  The first dealing date for the dealing programme will be Friday,
22 November 2002.  Thereafter dealing will take place every Friday up to and
including Friday, 13 December 2002.
