Issue of further shares

Application has been made to admit to AIM a further 955,994 ordinary shares of
5p each in the capital of Abingdon in respect of the remaining shares in
Corporate Synergy Holdings Plc ("Corporate Synergy") which have now been either
compulsorily acquired pursuant to the relevant provisions of the Companies Act
or assented to the offer for Corporate Synergy, which formally closed on 20
August 2002, after the date of such closing.  Admission is expected to take
place on 11 October 2002.
