Substantial Shareholder notification


The Company was informed today by Schroder Investment Management Limited
(Schroders) that they, and their subsidiary and affiliated companies have an
interest in 8,899,993 ordinary shares of 10p each, representing 11.1% of the
total issued ordinary share capital. Schroders previously had an interest in
8,099,993 ordinary shares of 10p each, representing 10.1% of the total issued
ordinary share capital.
