Update on Senior Secured Loan Notes

Amigo Holdings PLC ("Amigo" or "the Company"), a provider of mid-cost credit in the UK, announces that in line with the statements made on 23 February 2023, the Company received confirmation on 31 March 2023 that the four charges created between 13 March 2017 and 17 May 2019 to support the issue of the 7.625% Senior Secured Loan Notes ("Loan Notes") have been satisfied following the redemption of the outstanding GBP50 million of the Loan Notes. The satisfaction notices have been filed at Companies House.
