Alea Announces Close of Sale of Alea Holdings UK Ltd. to Catalina 
 
 
 
HAMILTON, Bermuda - Alea Group Holdings (Bermuda) Ltd. ('Alea' or 'the Group') 
today announced the closing of  the previously announced sale of  its  UK  based 
subsidiary (Alea Holdings UK Ltd.) to Catalina Holdings (Bermuda) Ltd 
("Catalina"). 
 
 
The sale was completed on 29 October 2009 following receipt of the necessary 
regulatory approvals.
