9 December 2009 and the issue by Companies House of a Certificate of 
Incorporation on Change of Name dated 11 December 2009, the name of the Company 
has been changed to Maven Income and Growth VCT 2 PLC 
 
 
Copies of the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name have been submitted 
to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the
