    Resignation of Investment Manager


    The directors of the Company announce that they have today accepted the resignation of Arc Fund Management Limited as Investment Manager
of the Company with immediate effect and that they have decided to manage the Company themselves for the foreseeable future, given the
expertise to do so within the current Board.

    Woodside Secretaries Limited will continue to provide administrative and accounting services to the Company.
