March 2006 the Company issued 450,135 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("
Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the offer for subscription of up to 10,000,000
Ordinary Shares dated 7 December 2005 at a price of 100 pence per share.
Application has been made for the admission of these shares to the Official List
with effect from 10 April 2006.
