                   Directors Dealings / Exercise of Options


The Company was notified on the 26 July 2006 that under the Afriore Share Option
Scheme, Mr Warren Newfield, a Director of the Company, exercised 50,000 options
at a price of CA$0.91. Following the transaction, Mr. Newfield's holding
increased to 172,200 common shares in the Company amounting to 0.34 per cent of
the issued share capital of the company.



In addition the Company was notified on the 26 July 2006 that a further 10,000
options have been exercised by an employee of the Company at CA$4 per common
share.



Accordingly, application has been made for 60,000 new common shares to be
admitted to trading on AIM on 02 August 2006. Following these transactions the
number of common shares in issue in the Company is 50,923,368
