               AfNat Resources Limited ("AfNat" or "the Company") 
        Scheme of Arrangement Effective & Cancellation of Listing on AIM 
 
The Board of AfNat is pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition by 
AXMIN Inc. ("AXMIN") of the AfNat Shares by way of a scheme of arrangement under 
the laws of Bermuda. The listing of AfNat shares on AIM will be cancelled with 
effect from 7a.m. on 15 June 2010. 
The New AXMIN Shares have been issued by AXMIN and admission to trading of the 
New AXMIN Shares on TSX Venture Exchange is expected at 9.30a.m. (EDT) on 14 
June 2010 or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter. It is expected that 
certificates for the New AXMIN Shares will be dispatched by 25 June 2010.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Company is not subject to the City Code and
