Armor Designs announces that due to increasing demands on his time from other 
commitments, William A. Roper resigned from his position as a Director of the 
Company with immediate effect.  Mr.  Roper held no shares in the Company. 
 
The Directors would like to thank Mr Roper for his contribution during his time 
with the Company.
