ADL plc is pleased to announce that at its Extraordinary General Meeting held
at 11.30 a.m. today the resolution put to shareholders, to approve the
acquisition of Solutions (Yorkshire) Limited from Pearl Jackson, a related
party, in accordance with Section 320 of the Companies Act 1985, was passed
unanimously.
