                      ACP Mezzanine Limited (the "Company") 
                               Directorate Change 
The Company (AIM:ACPM) announces changes to the board of the Company. Mr George 
Baird has retired as a director (pending final consent from the Jersey Financial 
Services Commission), while Mr Simon Paul Andrew Riley has been appointed a 
non-executive director with effect from 1st April 2010. 
Mr Riley, aged 32, joined Saltgate Limited as a Director in September 2007 and 
is a Chartered Accountant.  Simon Riley is also a director of ACP Investment 
Management Limited.  Saltgate Limited provides administrative services to the 
Company and ACP Investment Management Limited provides investment management 
services to the Company. 
John Chapman, Chairman, ACP Mezzanine Limited commented: 
 
"On behalf of the Board I would like to thank George for his service and his 
valued contribution. He has played an important role in implementing the 
Company's strategy of realising assets and returning capital, net of expenses, 
to our shareholders. 
 
However, as the strategy progresses the company's requirements change and the 
Board is constantly reviewing its cost base. George's departure is a reflection 
of this commitment to reduce costs and the changing needs of the company. 
 
I welcome Simon to the Board and look forward to working with him to continue to 
realise returns for our shareholders."
