 SHARE PURCHASE, VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL 
 
Albion  Prime VCT  PLC announces  that it  has today  cancelled 1,997,000 out of 
treasury. 
 
Following these transactions and in conformity with the Transparency Directive's 
transitional provision 6 we would like to notify the market of the following: 
 
Albion  Prime VCT PLC's capital as at 17 September 2012 consisted of 21,935,023 
Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1p each. 
 
Therefore,  the  total  number  of  voting  rights  in  Albion  Prime VCT PLC is 
21,935,023, which  may  be  used  by  shareholders  as  the  denominator for the 
calculations  by which they will determine if  they are required to notify their 
interest  in, or  change to  their interest  in, Albion  Prime VCT PLC under the 
FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
