The Company received a notification today from Fidelity Investments on behalf of
Fidelity International Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries. The
notifiable interests also comprise the notifiable interest of Mr. Edward C.
Johnson 3rd (Principal Shareholder of Fidelity International Limited) informing
it that following a change in holdings since last filling of 1,175,000 shares
their current non-beneficial ownership is 13,859,010 shares, representing 7.99%
of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.
