The Company received a notification on 9 August 2004 from Aviva plc on behalf of
Morley Fund Management Limited (a subsidiary of Aviva plc) and itself, informing
it that following purchases totaling 520,000 shares on the 5 August 2004 they
now have a material interest in 5,330,701 shares, representing 3.07% of the
issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
