Notification under Section 199(2a) of the Companies Act 1985


The Company received a notification from Mineworkers Pension Scheme informing it
that as at 24 November 2006, they held 5,195,805 ordinary shares representing
2.978% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company which currently
stands at 174,417,673 shares. Consequently they no longer have a notifiable
holding in the Company.
