Result of Annual General Meeting

Alpha Airports Group Plc is pleased to announce that at the Annual General
Meeting which was held today at the Conference Centre, Park Inn, Bath Road,
Heathrow, Middlesex UB7 0DU all resolutions were duly passed.
Certified copies of the approved resolutions concerning special business are
being submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for
inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Viewing Facility situated at 25 The
North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
