                MAY 2007 AIRLINE PASSENGER OPERATING STATISTICS

Passenger numbers for the month increased by 22.65% over the previous year.
Skywest traffic, measured by Revenue Passenger Kilometres (RPKs) increased by
23.39%, while capacity, measured by Available Seat Kilometres (ASKs) increased
by 19.87% over the same period. Load Factor increased by 1.66 pts to 58.18%
compared to the previous year.

5. Load factor is RPKs divided by ASKs

6. Passengers Carried numbers are rounded to the nearest 1000
