Further to the announcement on 17 August 2020, the above debenture stock matured on 30 September 2020.

T.H.F.C. (Indexed) Limited now proposes to transfer the whole of its engagements (including the whole of its property, assets, liabilities and all engagements) to its parent, The Housing Finance Corporation Limited, pursuant to section 110 of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014. The transfer will take place on or about 31 March 2021.

Accordingly, stockholders are advised to present any uncashed cheques as soon as reasonably practical or contact the registrar if a replacement is required.
