Initiative project, announces that it will be holding a Bondholders' Open Day on 
Tuesday 29 September 2009 at Tidworth near Andover at which Bondholders will 
have the opportunity to see the progress in the Project's deliverables since 
Financial Close in 2006.  Bondholders interested in attending should contact
