NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the holders of the Notes that, following the (i) conclusion of the Meeting of each Series of Notes on 29 January 2020 and the passing of the Extraordinary Resolutions set out in the Notice of Meetings previously notified to the Noteholders and the Eligibility Condition having been satisfied in respect of each Series, and (ii) the determination of the relevant market observable screen spot rates at or about 1 p.m. London time on 29 January 2020, the relevant parties have executed the Loan Tranche Amendment Deed, the Funding Basis Rate Swaps Amendment Deed, the 2017/2018 Amendment Deed and the 2018-2 Amendment Deed and that the Effective Date is 22 February 2020.
