Pricing Supplement dated 2 June 2023 (the "Pricing Supplement") for the NatWest Markets Plc ("NatWest Markets") CHF 250,000,000 2.8575% Notes due 6 June 2028 (ISIN: CH1270825545) (the "Notes") issued under the GBP15,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of NatWest Markets (the "Programme").

The Pricing Supplement contains the final terms of the Notes and must be read in conjunction with the prospectus dated 7 December 2022 and the supplemental prospectuses dated 17 February 2023, 27 March 2023 and 28 April 2023 relating to the Programme (together, the "Prospectus"), which constitute a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of domestic law in the UK by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, and the prospectus dated 2 June 2023 prepared by NatWest Markets in connection with admission of the Notes to trading on the SIX Swiss Exchange (the "Swiss Prospectus").
