Abu Dhabi. Wednesday, 17 August 2011. This notice announces the partial repurchase by National Bank of Abu Dhabi of a further AED 81.9 million (AED 81,900,000) of outstanding NBAD 2018 Subordinate Convertible Notes (ISIN XS0346928749) which are listed on the London Stock Exchange.

The repurchased Notes will be cancelled and retired reducing the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Notes to AED 1.3 billion (AED 1,347,790,000).
