Notification of Auditor Resignation

For the last two years, BDO LLP ("BDO") has been the auditor of Annington Funding plc (the "Company") while the wider Annington Limited group (the "Group") has been audited by Deloitte LLP ("Deloitte"). Following a review of the Group's audit processes, the Directors of Annington Limited and the Company have determined that efficiencies can be gained through unifying the statutory audits of the Group under the Group's auditor, Deloitte.

To effect this change, the Directors of the Company have requested BDO step down to facilitate the appointment of Deloitte. Consequently, the Company gives notice that effective 24 March 2023, BDO has resigned from its role of statutory auditor of the Company and Deloitte has instead been appointed.

The Group and the Company wish to thank BDO for their service during their tenure as auditors.
