EBITDA (operating profit increased by depreciation, amortization
and write-offs for non-financial assets): PLN 4 150 million, out of
which:
- Distribution segment's EBITDA: PLN 2 967 million
- RES segment's EBITDA: PLN 376 million
- Generation segment's EBITDA: PLN 1 374 million
- Supply segment's EBITDA: PLN (522) million
- Mining segment's EBITDA: PLN (130) million
EBIT (operating profit): PLN 915 million
Gross profit: PLN 675 million
Net profit: PLN 385 million
CAPEX: PLN 2 934 million
Net debt as of December 31, 2021: PLN 10 126 million

The financial results presented above are estimates and may be
subject to change.
