Counties Limited, a Company which has had listed securities within the past
five years.

Mr Yardley has notified the company that on his appointment he had no interests
in the ordinary shares of the Company.

Mr Yardley has confirmed that there is no further information to be disclosed
in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.13.
