Publication of Final Terms

The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

HSBC Bank Canada (the "Bank") has agreed to issue EUR 1,000,000,000 1.500% Covered Bonds due 15 September 2027 (the "Covered Bonds") pursuant to its CAD $10,000,000,000 Legislative Global Covered Bond Programme, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments by HSBC Canadian Covered Bond (Legislative) Guarantor Limited Partnership (the "Programme").

The following document constitutes the final terms dated 20 May 2022 (the "Final Terms") relating to the issue of Covered Bonds for the purpose of Article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129, as amended, as it forms part of United Kingdom domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended, and must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 6 October 2021, as supplemented by the first supplementary prospectus dated 1 November 2021, the second supplementary prospectus dated 28 February 2022 and the third supplementary prospectus dated 3 May 2022 (together, the "Prospectus"). Complete information on the Bank and the offering of Covered Bonds can only be obtained by reading the Final Terms together with the Prospectus.
