bpha 2021 Credit Rating reaffirmed at A+ (stable)

Credit rating agency Standard & Poor's (S&P) has reaffirmed bpha's long-term credit rating of A+ on 22 October 2021.

The outlook for the rating has been revised to 'stable'.

In their Research Update, S&P have commented that:

   --       the strong management focus will be able to maintain stable financial metrics 
   --      bpha will retain very strong liquidity 
   --       debt build-up will remain contained despite increasing investment in existing stock 
   --       revenue generated from new units delivered will support a gradual recovery in EBITDA

S&P also reaffirmed at A+ the senior secured debt rating on bpha's outstanding bonds issued by bpha Finance plc
