                      BEA-TRADING ANNOUNCEMENT OWN SHARES




The Bergesen d.y. Group has today bought a total of 23,000 of its own shares,
being 14,000 A-shares and 9,000 B-shares for NOK 174.39 and NOK 157.78 per share
respectively.

After this purchase The Bergesen d.y. Group owns totally 88,000 of its own
shares, being 59,000 A-shares and 29,000 B-shares.

The number of outstanding shares after this is 59,534,056.
