Broadstoner Holdings plc (the "Company") announces that at a general meeting held on 5 May 2011, a resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily was passed. S R Browne and C R F Day, both of Deloitte LLP, Athene Place, 66 Shoe Lane, London EC4A 3BQ, were appointed as Joint Liquidators.
