Notice of sale of 2036 Retained Bonds
Southern Housing 2.375% Secured Bonds due 2036
ISIN: XS2393242826, Common Code: 239324282
(the " 2036 Bonds")
On 8 October 2021 the Issuer issued GBP300,000,000 in principal
amount of the 2036 Bonds on the basis of an offering circular dated
6 October 2021 (the "Offering Circular"), immediately repurchasing
GBP50,000,000 for sale at a future date (the "2036 Retained
Bonds").
As announced on 13 July 2023 the Issuer has previously sold
GBP30,000,000 2036 Retained Bonds leaving GBP20,000,000 available
for sale.
The issuer has today sold the remaining GBP20,000,000 of 2036
Retained Bonds.
Following today's sale, the aggregate outstanding principal
amount of 2036 Bonds in issue is GBP300,000,000.
Note: Please refer to the Offering Circular for selling
restrictions in respect of the 2036 Bonds.
