bLEND Funding plc (Blend) is pleased to announce the addition of
a new borrower to the pool of Housing Association borrowers.

Subject to market conditions, new issues under the EMTN
Programme of up to GBP70million may follow. Notes issued may be
retained by Blend and sold at a future date. Future sales may be on
the basis of a forward settlement of up to 18 months.
