Pursuant to article 249/2/e) of the Portuguese Securities Code, Galp Gás Natural Distribuição, S.A. ("GGND") informs that, as of today, Allianz Infrastructure Luxembourg II S.Á RL and Allianz European Infrastructure Acquisition Holding S.Á RL hold a qualified shareholding of, respectively, 45.5089% and 29.5011% in the share capital and voting rights of GGND, corresponding to 40,743,759 and 26,412,050 shares, respectively.

This shareholding has been acquired pursuant to a shares purchase agreement executed on October 26, 2020 with Galp Energia, SGPS, S.A., through its affiliate Galp New Energies, S.A., and Allianz Infrastructure Luxembourg II S. A R.L. and Allianz European Infrastructure Acquisition Holding S. A R.L..

The remaining share capital in GGND is held by Meet Europe Natural Gas, Lda. and by Petrogal, S.A., in a proportion of 22.5% and 2.49%, respectively.
