URENCO Finance N.V. - EMTN Programme guarantors

London - 14(th) September 2018 - URENCO Finance N.V., part of URENCO Group ("URENCO" or "the Group") - an international supplier of uranium enrichment services and nuclear fuel cycle products, today announces that URENCO Finance UK Limited and URENCO Finance US, LLC have been released from their obligations as guarantors under its EUR3,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme. This relates to ISIN numbers XS1145750037, XS1269854870 and XS1032164607. The Programme, which is otherwise unchanged, continues to be guaranteed by a number of other Group companies.
