Meridian Hospital Company plc Notices

Further to the Notice issued on the 30(th) March 2012, Meridian Hospital Company PLC has today entered into a successful Settlement Agreement with the South London Healthcare Trust, Skanska Rashleigh Weatherfoil Limited and Vinci Construction UK Limited which ends the dispute. The Dispute Resolution Process and Arbitration have been halted.

The result of the settlement has had no implications on Meridian Hospital Company PLC's ability to meet its obligations under the Bond Trust Deed.
