on the Supervisory Board Change

In accordance with of the extraordinary disclosure obligation stipulated under Section 55 of (Hungarian) Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market MFB Hungarian Development Bank Private Limited Company (hereinafter: MFB Zrt.) informs the public of the following changes in respect of the Supervisory Board:

According to the resolution of the Founder No. 24/2021. (XII. 3.), the exerciser of the ownership rights over MFB Zrt. released Mrs. Rita Inámi-Bolgár from her position as a member of the Supervisory Board as of December 3, 2021.

As of 4 December 2021, Mr. Endre Vincze has been elected to act for a 5 year term as member of the Supervisory Board of MFB Zrt.

The exerciser of the ownership rights over MFB Zrt. appointed Dr. Tibor Halasi as Chairman of the Supervisory Board for a fixed term of five years starting from 23 December 2021.
