Quarterly trading updates will be re-instated
this year to provide more regular updates to shareholders and
prospective investors. The trading updates will include unaudited,
condensed financial information primarily focussed on providing
information about revenue and EBITDA across the Group’s operating
segments.
Annual General MeetingThe
Company expects to hold its annual general meeting on Friday 22
April 2022. The meeting’s timing, venue, and final agenda will be
provided in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory
provisions.
