HIGHCO ELIGIBLE FOR "LONG-ONLY"
DSS
As part of its annual review of
the Deferred Settlement Service (DSS), Euronext informed HighCo
that its shares are now eligible for the "long-only" DSS.
DSS is a simple mechanism, which adheres to strict rules, thus
allowing investors to take leveraged positions on eligible
securities. The "long-only" concept means that the security is only
eligible for purchase with the leverage.
Any security listed on Euronext Paris with a minimum daily trading
volume of €100,000 benefits from the long-only DSS.
HighCo shares (HCO) will be admitted to trading with the long-only
DSS as of 28 December 2016.
This special status rewards the Group's strong performance and
regular communication. It is also expected to increase the
visibility of the HighCo share and its liquidity, opening it to a
new category of investors, both institutional and individual, who
can invest in the share.
