Organic Potash Corporation (CSE:OPC) ("OPC" or the "Corporation") announced
today that it has closed the second tranche of its previously announced
non-brokered private placement offering for the amount of Two Hundred and Twenty
Thousand Dollars ($220,000) CDN. To date the Corporation has now raised Four
Hundred and Twenty Thousand Dollars ($420,000) CDN via the current offering. OPC
is also announcing an extension to the closing date of the current private
placement offering which will now occur on, or before, March 31st, 2014. 


All proceeds from the offering will be used to expand & improve current
commercial production capacity at OPC's Tema Production Plant, working capital
for inventory and production purposes, and for general corporate purposes.
