GNI Genius Properties Ltd.

Genius Properties Ltd. ("Genius" or the "Corporation") (CSE:GNI) is pleased to
announce a non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement") of 6,905,332
common shares of Genius (the "Shares") at a price of $0.15 per Share for total
gross proceeds of $1,035,800. Proceeds of the private placement will be used for
general corporate purposes.


The Corporation will pay a finder's fee equal to $1,350 in cash. All securities
issued in the Private Placement will be subject to a four-month hold, pursuant
to applicable securities laws. Closing of the Private Placement is subject to
regulatory approval.
